Flu Vaccinations
Please be reminded that the Greenwich Immunisation Team will be visiting Horn Park on Friday 10th October 2025 to administer the flu vaccination to those children whom they have consent for only.
Please see below a letter from the Greenwich Immunisation Team regarding this.
If you haven't already done so, please complete the online consent form here for your child to have the nasal flu vaccine. This form MUST be completed even if you do not give consent.
