'Be Great in Greenwich' for children in Year 5&6
The 'Be Great in Greenwich' project started in September 2023. The aim of this project, run by the Royal Borough of Greenwich, is to support Year 5 and Year 6 students by giving them access to secondary subject specialists and resources.
During the project, students can opt into a range of curriculum opportunities held at various comprehensive secondary schools in the Local Authority. This project is designed to help students consider what Royal Greenwich Secondary Schools have to offer and to support their Year 6 to Year 7 transition.
The booklet below provides information on the types of sessions available, as well as where these will take place and on which dates. All sessions take place on a Saturday.
Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. You can sign up to three sessions, plus a reserve session, using this form. You will be contacted directly by the secondary schools to confirm your child’s attendance.
